- Small Onions (Shallots)

- Asafoetida (Hing)
Usage instruction:
“For Tempering (Thalipu):
- Heat 1-2 teaspoons of oil in a pan.
- Add a small portion of Vengaya Thalipu Vadagam and sauté until it releases its rich aroma.
- Use this seasoning as a base for preparing curries, kuzhambu, sambar, or rosam to add a traditional South Indian flavor.”
